1. Processing Time
   All orders are custom-made and require 7-10 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods
   We ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 1–3 business days, depending on your location. 

3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

4. International Shipping
   We ship orders to any United States address. We do not ship internationally or to United States Territories.

5. Order Tracking
   Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

6. Delays
   While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact us for support.
