The vision
Raquel and Machiel were drawn to minimalist interiors but sought artwork that also reflected their individual tastes. Together, we selected pieces that balanced clean design with personal resonance.
The selection
Their final choices — Dithering I and Dithering II by Marcus Reistad — were produced on museum-quality fine art paper, mounted on aluminum, and fitted in custom white-wash ash floater frames. The result is a calm, cohesive pair that feels both architectural and intimate.
Quiet impact, lasting presence
The two pieces hang side by side in the stairwell, creating a visual dialogue that brings softness and focus to an often-overlooked space. The result is understated yet impactful, complementing the setting while naturally inviting conversation.
“The artwork completely transformed our staircase into a vibrant focal point. It now sparks conversation every time we have guests. Working with ART AT HOME made the whole process not only seamless, but genuinely exciting.”
