Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number that will inform you when your artwork will be delivered.

Where do you ship to?

ART AT HOME ships orders to any United States address. We do not ship internationally or to United States Territories. 

What are your shipping rates?

Smaller prints are shipped by USPS and larger prints and framed artwork by UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size and weight of the artwork. 

Where does ART AT HOME ship from?

Artwork will be shipped from the United States North East and Pacific Southwest Regions.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Please allow for a 7-10 business day processing time as all artwork is printed to order. We will provide you with a tracking number by email once the artwork has been printed, which will also provide an estimated delivery date. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 days from the shipping notification date, depending on the shipping location.

How can I ship a gift?

When placing an order, there is an opportunity to include a gift message at checkout. As each photograph is printed to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Email us at info@artathome.com if you have any concerns or questions about purchasing artwork.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

Our edition prints are carefully wrapped and packaged. Original artwork or ready-to-hang framed artwork is double packaged in a foam-lined box. Should your package arrive damaged, document the damage by taking pictures before opening it. Should the artwork inside the package be damaged please contact us right away at info@artathome.com.

How should I unwrap my package?

Be gentle when opening a box to remove a print and open the package on a flat surface. Do not use sharp scissors or (utility) knives to open your box. Damage to the surface of your artwork will be irreparable.  

Do you accept returns?

As each photograph is printed and framed to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will be happy to work with you on a potential option for the future. Email us at info@artathome.com if you have any concerns or questions about your purchased artwork.

Can I cancel an order before it's been printed?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@artathome.com

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges of already purchased artworks but will be happy to work with you on a potential option for the future. Email us at info@artathome.com if you have any concerns or questions about your purchased artwork.
